Protein, fiber, and other great macro and micronutrients from these nutrient dense staples make sure you start your day off right
½ cup quick oats
⅓ cup rolled oats
1 cup plant based milk
1 ripe banana
1 ½ Tbsp peanut butter
Optional: maple syrup for extra sweetness
1. Mash half the banana in a jar or sealable container.
2. Add oats, plant based milk, and roughly ½ Tbsp peanut butter to the container and stir to combine.
3. Slice the rest of the banana and drizzle peanut butter on top.
4. Put in the fridge overnight and enjoy it in the morning!
